Prescriptions for young ones and delicious donuts

Following on from the shopping during the week, it was quite the adventure tracking down the prescriptions for the young family I regularly help in Northway. The prescription run took me from Northway to Barton (who were out of stock) then back to Marston and Northway before arranging with the pharmacist to come back this lunchtime to collect it, failing to say that they were closed for lunch... However, in the end I managed to retrieve the medicine and deliver it successfully!
I also did a food shop for an elderly neighbour who I have not seen for a couple of weeks. I picked up an Oxford Mail, milk, bread and jam donuts (a mix of filled jam donuts and raspberry and rose jam iced donuts) to cheer her up with the weather around this weekend. The elderly neighbour had been unwell (non-SARS-CoV2, but still quite serious I think) but seemed to be on the mend. I will check in with her on Wednesday.
