Pre- Christmas freeze
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Dan and David were welcomed into Ms J’s flat and shown to the balcony where we found the chest freezer to be disposed of.
We squeezed the freezer out to the lift and down to the street to dispose of the item.
A quick job done and Dan and David bid our Christmas farewells to one and all.
