1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Mr V lives in 'London London' - where the plane tree pollen and blue plaques gather. Pictured is a random street encountered on my sunny run to meet him, but you get the idea. While the pandemic still has a hold, these more central parts of London feel the nicest and quietest to run in, while the tourists and office workers are away. FYI, London runners who are finding local parks to be a weeeee bit overcrowded!
Mr V is lovely, and had a modest list of some groceries to retrieve from an old-school butcher down the road. Despite being second in the queue outside, their nostalgia-inducing one-in-one-out 90's rave era door policy and the loo-roll-long shopping list of the customer in front of me meant I just managed to Indiana Jones it before they closed. Thanks to the nudge from GG Mission Control to encourage me to turn up early!
Mr V is a real gent, and after a thank you and goodbye I was off into the sunshine again.
