Pocket Frog Plog
8 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Sheffield.

On what turned out to be a lovely afternoon a fabulous group of Sheff GGers visited the tiny frog walk pocket park - complete with Pocket the Frog - to tidy up the garden area and walk way. Although small the park is packed with beautiful blooms and wonderful wildlife which Andrew did a fab job of photographing. The walk way is a popular route for walkers and cyclists so it was a great mission to be part of!
Some completed a 5KM warm up run before meeting the rest of the crew for a pleasant, sunny walk to the task!
We were greeted by Maureen ans Sarah who set us up with some gardening tasks, including removing a tree, planting some new flowers ans removing weeds and rubbish.
Chris saved the day by getting some bin liners and 10 were filled up.
The team did a stunning job and the difference upon leaving was abundantly clear; so hopefully the public will enjoy a much cleaner and tidier frog walk.
Well done to all that took part!
