Plogging and pies

The bluebells are out so we wanted to give the woodland a good plog so they can be enjoyed in all their glory without the photographs being ruined with filthy litter. A team of enthusiastic GoodGymmers got together to tackle the trash. Kat and Ash supplied the litter pickers and along with Kim, Chris, Rachel and Tom they set to work along the riverside. I stupidly had written the wrong time on the website so turned up late and Celine came on a rescue mission to find me. Tall Tom had managed to drag a sodden tyre out the river and was carrying a filing cabinet side along proudlu and Rachel had found a traffic cone. I tried carrying the tyre then resorted to rolling it then carrying it with Ash and got proper caked in mud.
When everyone was chilly we went off to the Broadfield pub for pies abd pints. A successful evening out.
