Plogging along in Christmas week
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Canal & River Trust Ealing in Ealing.

3 GoodGymers set out to plog along a stretch on the Grand Union Canal, from Horsenden Farm, where we've done some gardening tasks previously, heading towards Alperton. Just as the rain started...
Alex had scouted the path on her run up and found a few hot-spots that needed some GoodGym attention!
However, with so much litter to pick on the way, we filled three bin bags and another bag someone had 'kindly' left us to find with cans already in... and we hadnt even got to the good stuff!
Naughty or nice
With sacks full of rubbish, from people who will definitely be on Santa's naughty list, we recycled what we could at Sainsburys, and we will definitely have to come back in the new year to clear the rest!
Good work gang, I hope Santa brings you lots of presents after all the good deeds we've done between us this year!
