Planks for the memory
5 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Bath.

As the nights draw in again and we start saying goodbye to the summer, this will probably be the last of the midweek evening sessions for this year.
This time we did circuits consisting of:
- plank
- jumping jacks
- static lunges (x2)
- push ups
- burpees
- shuttle runs
- tree sits
- high knees
I beasted the gang to start off with two circuits of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. For a third circuit we dialled it down a bit, to 35 seconds on, 25 seconds off.
There was sweating...
