A massive well done to everyone in tonight’s longer than normal run! Everyone worked well as a team tonight taking it in turns to be back marker and Chris on front marker duties.
Please give a warm welcome to Rahul, who ran with us for the first time and a huge congratulations to Jess on starting her Coach running with GoodGym.
For tonight’s task we ran to The Courtyard to help paint the planks on the raised flower beds. As there weren’t enough brushes for everyone, Fiona and Debbie did a great job of sweeping up all the leaves from the back passage that had built up from our last visit. We will be back at The Courtyard in a few weeks’ time to put another coat of paint on the flower beds and do some more tidying.
Next week we are going back to Age UK to finish painting the shop, unless Veronica finds more for us to paint!
See you all then and have a great week.
