1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Tuesday, 7th of April 2020
Has anyone else been having weird dreams since this whole lockdown business started? I felt like I was somewhere in a galaxy far, far away this morning when my alarm went off. Ground Control to Major CJ - it's time for your morning mission!
With clear skies and sunshine I set off towards Kentish Town to Ms T's place to pick up cash, then on to the local Sainsbury's to buy some essentials for her - bread, milk, sugar and ready meals. Everything was in stock and nice and easy to find.
The sightseeing on this run was also pretty out of this world. Blue plaques, a camel, pavement art and even an astronaut, floating in the most-a peculiar way... In the window of a primary school! Wow! In my day you were lucky if your school had a star made out of tinfoil left over from last Christmas! OK, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration... But still, way to inspire the kids, Kentish Town!
