(NB. I did not pinch or punch my former coach!). I gave M a call to see if she’s still in hospital and how she’s getting on. She didn’t get to it in time but phoned me right back and sounded pretty perky, in comparison to recent weeks. She isn’t quite sure when she’ll be discharged but said she’s feeling a lot stronger in herself. I amused her with stories about my niece and nephew and told her about the beach we went to. M asked if I could call after 8 later in the week as the ward is noisy before that and she finds it harder to hear me. Note to self made!
