Emily, Julie, Jana, Dave, and Ffion took on the challenge of cleaning a fleet of muddy bikes. With the bikes clamped and raised, we scrubbed off every speck of dirt.

However, the real fun came when we tried to steer the bikes—someone had loosened the handlebars for storage! Cue a chaotic scene of bikes wobbling in all directions and plenty of laughter.

An hour flew by, and soon we were admiring a stack of gleaming bikes, ready for action.

Upstairs we had a wheelie good time; Claire, Ben and Jade moved the vintage bikes to their section and the children’s bikes to another pile to make room for lots of wheels.

We filled our new space with wheels from downstairs and another room stacking them as neatly as possible.

A few wheels still had tyres on so we popped downstairs and learnt how to remove them. It was tiring work but very satisfying when they popped off.

Can’t wait to do it all again soon!
