Pain-Ting
6 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help the Sydney House in Norwich.

After a trundle around a slightly muddy 5k at Catton Parkrun, 6 of us made our way to Sydney House care home in Stalham. We were tasked with painting an empty room to brighten it up from yellow to white, ready for the residents to use as a communal space.
Supplied with endless tea, cakes, a couple of rollers and paint brushes and a big tin of paint, after an hour and a half and a quick snuggle with a therapy dog, we managed one coat of paint. Some walls even got a second coat (although we might not remember which walls! 🙈).
We will return in February to finish off what we started (date TBC).
