3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

A trio of Lewisham GGers volunteered at Catford this morning - Lindsay checked the course and plogged while she went; Oli got his pacing absolutely spot on; Paul’s pacing seemed less precise but helped two runners to 2024 bests, he also did course set up and welcomed the large number of first timers to Mountsfield Park.
