2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Wandsworth.

Here's what Mrs D of SW11 had to say about the mission:
"It was excellent, Tim and Ruth were great. They did a really good job and my mum appreciates it" (Mrs D's daughter)
After a cycle and a run, Ruth and Tim arrived at Mrs Ds house to do a bit of gardening. Mrs Ds daughter showed us the lovely little garden and what needed doing. There were some bushes to prune, weeds to pull and a patio to sweep. Ruth got pruning, Tim got weeding and Mrs Ds daughter got brewing. Half way through we stopped for the best cup of tea of 2019 (so far) and Ruth brought some delicious blondies. As we finished up, the sun came out, the garden began to look fantastic and Tim and Ruth felt proud of their work. Mrs Ds daughter came out to inspect our efforts and seemed pleased. So we said a quick hello and goodbye to Mrs D and headed off to enjoy the rest of our weekend.
