Today we returned to Thorlands market garden. We laid down some cardboard and covered it with a healthy layer of woodchips, ready for mushrooms to grow. Simon told us all the about the mushrooms that he is expecting. We already found some inkcaps in the woodchips but after the woodchip breaks down, this should be the perfect environment for oyster mushrooms. We look forward to coming back and seeing the mushrooms! 🍄
