One win and four drawers
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Sunday, 13th of June 2021
On the day England secured their first (and hopefully not last) win of Euro 2020 over at Wembley, Kat and I were in Hampstead to help Ms. M with some furniture.
She had some new flatpacked drawers that needed assembling, so whilst she patiently read a book in bed, we followed the 20 steps of instructions to combine the 27 pieces of wood, 20 pieces of metal, and 169 fixings (thatβs 216 total π€) into a smashing new chest of drawers.
She has a few more bits to do, so hopefully GG will be able to make a return trip to do those too. At the moment her belongings are in bags on the ground, so I think it would really help her out!
