Off the trolley
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.
- Saturday, 2nd of July 2022
Chicken thighs, checked. Fish, checked. Cat food, checked. Cleaning products, checked. Milk, checked. Vegetable soups, checked .... This is Mr V's weekly big shop and he has to rely on the goodwill of Goodgym and helpers to assist him and deliver the shopping for him.
'I have used GoodGym for over two years now, they have been ever so helpful.' Mr V explained that he uses GoodGym through the local community.
Mr V gave me a big trolley to take to the local shop. I went through the shopping list with Mr V to ensure that I got everything right with sizes and quantities. Most products were available, only one tin vegetable soup short as the remaining tin soups in the shop were dented. Mr V was pleased with the shopping and help offered.
