No undue alarm
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.
- Monday, 29th of June 2020
Today I used a long run to go and help Mrs D, who needed the batteries changed in her smoke alarm.
It was a super quick mission: within 90 seconds I'd hopped up a stepladder, got the alarm down, replaced the batteries and popped it back up.
I said goodbye to Mrs D, then carried on with my run.
