No train, no pain

It's been a while since I've seen Mr C, and it was great to be back at his place for a visit. He was pleased too and even managed a big smile despite just having spent 2 hours with his new personal trainer 😆

I knew it was going to be a great visit as soon as I rang the bell and heard a bark 🐶 - little Nelly was visiting too! She had a hard time deciding if she wanted to sit on my lap or nestle between Mr C's legs as he reclined on his chair trying to relax after his gruelling session. In the end, she flitted between us every now and then.

Meanwhile, Mr C and I caught up on our lives since my last visit at the end of December. He was pleased to have me back and made me promise to visit again - not that I need any persuading for that!
