No resting on this Bay Laurel tree

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.

Mrs P hadn't been able to get out in the garden much recently so just wanted Louise and I to give it a trim and a tidy.

We got to work picking up bits of plastic and rubbish that had blown in to the bushes. Louise had quite a fright when she found a dead bird in a plant pot but luckily on closer inspection it turned out to be made of plastic.

I set my self the satisfying task of ripping up and trimming an out of control bay tree which was rather tough and provided a great arm workout.

Louise did a fantastic job of weeding and planting up the big guns with pansies and other mystery plants.

Mrs P was delighted we had come out on a wet day and we had a bit of a chat before heading off.
