No one here, and yet so far
7 GoodGymers made their way 6.9km to help their local community in Lewisham.

We gathered outside Glass Mill ready to end the bank holiday with a good hilly run over to Seniors. With it being a smaller group we tackled all the hills together and before we knew it we'd arrived, only to find a closed door!
After some confusion and a couple of phone calls later, a very interesting chat about shoelaces, we made our way back up and over the hills (sporting newly tied shoelaces to support our ankles). We may have been minus a task but we all got a good run in.
Worry not, we shall be back at Seniors in the next couple of weeks for some indoor tasks before we put the Christmas decorations up later in the year!
Don't forget, next week we have a post group run social at Levante!
