No elephants ear
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Marsha Phoenix Memorial Trust in Lewisham.

It was great to be back at the Marsha Phoenix Memorial Trust's garden where we were met by Sue who explained which area needed to be tackled. Sam and I (the dynamic duo) made light work of this gardening task. Undeterred by the rain and stopping only once for tea and cake (it would have been rude not to!) the bergenias (aka elephants ear) were whisked away and a sycamore sapling uprooted to make space for the cardoons and phlomis. Sam even managed to strip the wall of some unwanted ivy before speeding off to his second bit of doing good for the day, to visit his coach. I took some photos, including a couple of some very tiny snails and dashed home for a hot bath!
