Nice to see you to see you nice.

Shopping for Mrs H was my first mission post lockdown at the start of April, so it was good to have the chance to help her out again and catch up on all that had happened in the intervening weeks. Mrs H provided her list over the phone and we agreed that her nearby Morrisons would be the shop of choice - so a short bike ride up the A10 to join a thankfully medium sized queue and drive a recently heavily sanitised trolley.

Mrs H's list covered most of the aisles and as this was my first time in this shop took a while to work out where everything was - but fortunately the shelves were largely full except for frozen burgers and bicarbonate of soda...the latter still caught up in the country's baking frenzy. Mrs H had also said I could treat myself, so I did (thank you for the flapjack!).

A short walk down the hill to Mrs H's where we then had a lengthy socially distanced chat about it all and how quickly we thought things might return to some shape of normal. She explained how grateful she was for all the help that GoodGym volunteers have given her during this period and offered me a cup of tea in her front room once this was all over. I rode home feeling good about things.
