Mission Barkrun Complete
6 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the Woking Parkrun in Woking.

Third time is a charm as James, Wayne, Rebecca, Alys, Katie, Adam and honorary member Rich returned to Woking bark to spread bark chipping on the barkrun course. Due to the improved weather from last week, the course had largely dried out. But our experienced barkrunners were able to share feedback on where the course needed more bark, so we got to work.
Armed with 2 wheelbarrows and many buckets we demolished the remainder of the bark mound, focusing on the muddiest sections of the course. Which annoyingly were furthest away from the pile of bark. However, it meant we all got our steps in for the day and we had a bark enjoying a GoodGym mission not in the bark, finishing with a beautiful sunset.
We've received positive feedback from Woking barkrunners that the course is much improved since we laid the bark, so a worthwhile mission complete. We left enough bark to top up areas as and when the course needs it. Did anyone say bark? We've seen a lot of bark recently. Well done to Alys, Katie, Adam, Rich, for running to/from the mission.
