Met-A-Ranger
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Ealing.

What better way to spend your lunch break than getting a green workout by meeting the rangers for some good old fashioned digging!
Myself, Mike, Bernice and Callum all met in Blondin to help the Ealing park rangers and other volunteers continue their work on clearing vegetation and digging over where they plan to make a new pavilion (and fingers crossed a community cafe eventually too!).
We worked pretty hard for about an hour before some of us needed to head back to our home offices for an afternoon of work. I don't think any of us quite expected the workout we got from the task, who knew digging was such a good workout!
We'll be listing this as a regular Thursday lunchtime slot so keep checking the listings here and get involved!
