Medication to be taken with water...
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Saturday, 22nd of August 2020
A double medicine pick up from the Boots near Warren St station this morning for Mrs S and her son. Was interesting to see just how quiet Tottenham Court Road was at 10am on a Saturday morning in August...my morning was made though by a kindly gentleman saying "Go GoodGym" as I walked past carrying the meds - the power of T-shirt branding.
They asked if I could possibly also help carry up some bottled water from their car up the stairs to their flat, which was no problem as fortunately the car was just across the road - although I hadn't quite reckoned on the quantity involved. A few trips later it was all done with the bottles neatly stacked against the wall of their living room. They thanked me for my efforts and I left to find a coffee...for some reason I didn't feel like water.

Fab mission Nick. I can imagine it feels strange to see London seem quiet... Go GoodGym!
