14 eager GoodGymers ran an amazing 8k to Mayflower Primary School and moved 3 tonnes of multch in the School garden!!
On a relatively mild evening in Tower Hamlets we were joined by a load of returning Goodgym glitterati!
With no time to loose due to the long run and monumental task we burst into life with Andrew leading a pacy group while I back marked. Weaving through the Tower Hamlets streets on our way towards Poplar knocking off K after K. Arriving after 27 minutes of running action to meet Cassie who hit us up with gloves, truggs and any other carrying implement she could find!
Setting a blistering pace the relay system was in full force, shifting and filling at a almighty rate!
Everyone played their role and were integral to the Task Domination! all three Tonne in weight bags of multch were emptied into the school garden in 30 minutes of action! A quick group pic and we were off! Staggering our departure so we could finish off the last bag before Andrew and the speedy crew roared off to catch the Calm Pace crew.
A 30 minute tour back to base finished off a super running and task productive session!!
Next week Axel will be at the helm as you roll back to Hollybush community garden.
The new permanent trainer will be in place for February!!
Thank you for having me in Tower Hamlets, have loved the ride!! See you all again very soon!!
Smooth Running
