Making way for the Bride and Broom
5 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Bristol.

The Zion community cafe, art and event space is planning to open it's doors up again soon! The centre needed some help sprucing up ready for a viewing by a couple as a potential wedding venue. So on a drizzly Tuesday evening, five Goodgym volunteers arrived and helped out with some weeding, sweeping and litter-picking of the outside paths. At the end of the task, juice and biscuits were on offer, alongside some sniffles and hops from the pet bunny rabbit who sadly lost it's partner in crime the week before. Zion would like us to go back again soon to help with more tasks. There was also a mention of cheesecake when the cafe opens, hopefully in August!
