3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Luton Wardown Parkrun in Luton.

On the nearest Saturday to Valentine’s Day, three GoodGymers brought the love to their fellow Luton runners and filled volunteer roles at Luton Wardown Parkrun. We were there to set up the course, marshal, VI guide and pack the course away again. Still cold out there - we felt it in our fingers and we felt it in our toes…
