Water lotta fun!

7.15 am bright and early saw some eager and very chilly good gymers ready to help 1000 runners round the course of Southampton 10k an event in its second year.

Abby and Lauren were tasked with setting up and manning the water station. This was Abbys 100th task which is fantastic! She had also come from goodgym portsmouth to help, well done Abby! Lauren made the rookie error of choosing the first table which meant as fast as the water went on the table it was gone again!

Wilson was tasked with handing out goodies at the finish line within St Marys Stadium and also helped take down signage afterwards, a cracking spot!

We also saw Phillip attend his first task with us today. He helped man a stall where participants could spin a roulette wheel to get discounts off future races! Lovely to see you Phillip and hope to see you at a task again soon.

Overall a great time was had by all and we will be back in February on the common for the running festival 😁
