Loitering a little later for a lot of litter!
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

Not content with just turning up to Catton Park Run early on a Saturday morning to volunteer or run, 5 keen Goodgymers stayed on afterwards to do a litter pick of the area to help keep it looking nice and a safer place for wildlife. Matt, the Catton Park Warden, kindly lent us litter pickers and gave us bin bags to use. He suggested that the area of woods by the ring-road and Fifers Lane needed particular attention as rubbish left along the highway tended to blow into and get caught in the woods. We duly set off, delving into bits of Catton Park we didnt realise existed! 45 minutes or so later we all regrouped outside Hayman Lodge, impressed Matt with the big bags of rubbish we'd managed to fill and had a group photo
