18 GoodGym Runners ran 3k to help Hollybush Community Garden!
Run report this week by the lovely Gabrielle:
Not quite the best Abba pun title, but an accurate description of Tower Hamlets Goodgym's task last night!
We went to our local, Hollybush estate, to see our friends Margaret and Michael and help them with some heavy lifting. The cutting down of a dead tree had left them with lots of logs which we shifted to create borders for garden beds and lawns. It involved lots of team work and co-ordination and everyone really got stuck in.
To keep with the full body work-out we ran to Victoria Park where Polly cajoled us into a circuit of pushups, squats, burpees and lunges, with running in between of course!
Another great night at Tower Hamlets Goodgym.
