Let us start with some reflections on 2021:
Stu and Helen end the year so close to landmarks with 49 and 98 good deeds but if you are a snooker fan then together they cleared the table to a faultless 147! A lovely number shared by Vanessa .
This year four Goodgymers ran or walked over 1000km - Andy Tyne, Ella Jeffries, James Gould and Sally Howard! https://www.goodgym.org/heroes The top ten of this years Heroes leader-board for number of good deeds shows that combined we managed 229 good deeds! I am not sure of the total for all Colchester runners but that is super impressive in such uncertain times. Thank you.
Tonight we saw out 2021 with some Key Work. The Foodbank had clearly had a busy Christmas period. The four of us did not hesitate and celebrated the new year early by getting trollied. A beer soaked floor adds to this pun but just to alleviate any concerns that we got drunk in the foodbank I will also add that we wiped, swept and mopped the whole warehouse before a precariously positioned beer toppled over!
Many thanks Phil,Tiffany and Frazer .
Bring on 2022!
