Litterpicking in Crane Park
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Hounslow.

Having purchased a couple of litterpick tools recently, I asked Luís to join me in a walk around our local Crane Park. The park has seen a lot of gatherings recently where people have left rubbish behind and it has many nooks and crannies with bits of rubbish which have probably been there for many years.
It was a lovely sunny and warm day for it and we picked up two bags' worth of litter. We didn't even get halfway through the paths, so we are definitely planning more trips to the park and I hope to continue to do this regularly.
We saw a friendly cat on the walk home and I couldn't help but enjoy its company for a little while!
