Litter-ally Zip
7 GoodGymers made their way 8.0km to help the Solihull Council in Solihull.

Tonight we were off to a new park, Monkspath Park, to do the litter pick that Chris had helped organise.
As Chris knew the way, he volunteered to be front marker for us all. We took a slightly longer route there so we could get the kilometres in, and then set to work on finding as much litter as possible to help the Monkspath residents group.
We had a quick go on the zip line before doing a 600m sprint around the lake. Chris and Liam lead the way, shortly followed by Sam and Fiona, with Jess and Rachel pulling each other along. Everyone got PBs tonight (as it was the first time doing this run!) and put in great effort - we’ll just have to go back so you can all attempt to beat them next time!
After this, we did some more litter picking as we headed to the exit and then ran back to base, taking the slightly shorter route through Tudor Grange Park.
Next week Jonny, the Birmingham trainer, will be leading the group as I am covering his Tuesday session. You will be going to helping the Trinity Road Residents group.
See you all in two weeks time,
Rob
