Last night were back out hitting the local parks to clear all the rubbish and keep these green spaces tidy. We were all well prepared for the bitter temperatures with our longs and fresh new gloves!
We set off on a slightly longer route to Brueton park. Once there, we worked our way from one end to the other in no time - super speedy with our work to try and keep warm! That meant we arrived at Tudor Grange nice and ready to do tonight’s fitness session, a one mile time trail.
Setting off on the designated route, Chris led the way with Rachel not that far behind, chasing him down. Both pushed really hard, especially on the down hill section at the end. A great effort shown trying to beat their previous PBs.
Once breaths were back, we set off litter picking from the finish line of our time trail to the exit of the park.
Good luck to Chris tonight who starts his coach running - great to see your enthusiasm for GoodGym!
Next week we will be back at The Courtyard to do more painting in the communal room, would be great to see you there!
