We might not have picked the right Euro millions numbers (we didn’t get one, next week it’s ours. Next week.) but we got some great numbers last night.

THIRTY SIX Runners turned up to help us at the FoodBank last night. And you all looked magnificent and smiley and happy to be there. It was wonderful.

FIVE of them were called Rebecca – how bizarre. Great name though obvs.

EIGHT Kilometres were covered in total and 2 of them were done as intervals… BRAVO!!

TWO runners took on the crate challenge. Katie and James went head to head with Welford taking victory with a magnificent time of 3 mins and 45 seconds.

Over ONE THOUSAND Kilograms of food was lifted, weighed, sorted then lifted again…. That means some more muscles were built too.

A great effort as always. Thanks guys x
