I visited Ms J today for our weekly catch-up and she was in good spirits. When the weather is so nice, it can cheer everyone up. A positive-thinker like Ms J, even more easily so!

She was keen to hear about my slow ways survey walk from yesterday, so I filled her in on all the details. We chatted about the borough and places to go out and enjoy in this area.

Great visit and I'm already looking forward to the next one.
