Life is so rosey
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Luton.

It was really nice to see Miss A again after missing out on visiting last week. I'd missed her birthday since seeing her last so I took along a little box of chocolates for her to have as a treat with a cup of tea, when she feels so inclined. She had lots of cards which she read out to me as they had some lovely words and good wishes from friends and family members. Someone had gifted ger some beautiful red roses which stood proudly in a vase amongst her cards and family photos inside her bay window. We had a cuppa and a chat and I shared with her photos from my weekend trip to London with the Goodgym Luton team where we took part in the London winter run (10k). I took along my meday to show her as she was really pleased to see the last medal I got from my previous race, I guessed she'd like to see a different one too. All in all, this was a nice visit and as ever it was lovely to see my host.
