Lettuce have a lovely chat!

GoodGymmer Dani once again donned the glamorous FoodCycle Pinny and got stuck in as a host for all the lovely guests.

On the menu this evening was a starter of winter vegetable soup with bread. An inventive main course of mixed vegetables in a lettuce leaf fajita wrap with rice, and a delicious fruit crumble with custard for pudding.

The guests all left contented after a nice meal with pleasant company. There were lots of leftover lettuces along with a few other bits and bobs which the guests are encouraged to take away with them. A job well done.
