Today I delivered leaflets for FoodCycle around their Kingstanding base, with the hope of attracting more volunteers to join them in a variety of volunteering roles - ranging from food preparation and cooking to helping to greet those feeling hungry or in need of social interaction to receive a free hot meal at their sites.
It was a lovely day for it and after I'd finished, I went for a jog in Sutton Park.
