Rain or shine every Wednesday GG Camden meets, does good and gets a little fitter. This week was no different. Welcome along to the newbies - Dave, Ciara, Chiara and Lawrence - great to see have you along!
In the news this week:

- Next Thursday is the GoodGym Monthly Drinks - this time in Angel - come along, gonna be great!
- We are off to Bucharest next May for the GGxEuro Trip, if you are interested please sign up by Friday so we can send you flight info.
Right after my long intro and covering all the news we warmed up - very important to do this before going for a run. It's all about the dynamic stretches! Setting off we headed north towards Kentish Town and did a sharp left to get to Castlehaven Community Centre. While I got the keys and set up the tools, you all played a conditioning based game - starting with squats and ending with balancing - lots in between too.
Castlehaven Community Association is a thriving community association in the heart of Camden Town, delivering intergenerational activities. It is a small but high profile, vibrant community association that continues to develop and respond to the needs of local residents.
We are here to help!
To help Castlehaven this week we were collecting up and bagging leaves from over the two parks they look after, particularly around the nursery and football changing rooms. Splitting into two teams everyone did so well, making quick work of the task and despite the rain filled four sacks full of leaves - wow!
After a group picture we headed back to base, splitting into two groups - one led by Frances who arrived home early to stretch and the other led by myself who went onto Granary Square to get in a progression run around that slippery rectangle.
Nice one guys - great evening! Sign up for next week here.
