Le printemps est dans le pré, cours-y vite, cours-y vite...
7 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

The sun shone for Junior parkrun 162!
As the sun appeared after the rain, seven of us gathered at Woking Park to support this week’s Run Director: Richard D. Victoria will process the results, Alys, Anne, James and Wayne took different roles along the 2 kms route. James is such a motivator that Eddie, Mark and Georgina joined Rich A and the GG team too! Well done James on recruiting for the team!
We are grateful to Sumah (Wayne’s daughter) who volunteered again to take our group photo before ensuring no child was left behind as she was the tail walker. Although Sumah and Wayne had to jog most of the time as the 76 children were so fast! The first stepping over the finish line did so within 8 minutes and the final arrival was timed at 19 minutes 16.
James will conquer the Weymouth 10K next Sunday… We hope his knee injury will have disappeared by then.
On Wednesday we will meet at the Leisure Centre then run to the Lighthouse to perform our best cleaning duties for the food bank… Please, remember your torches!
Happy running to you all!
