Keeping up the 'Hills'
4 GoodGymers made their way 5.3km to help the Solihull Council in Solihull.

Last night Chris, Meera, Fiona and Rob met up ready to do another good deed in Solihull.
This week was a litter pick in our adopted parks with a hill session thrown in just for fun! We set off from our start location with litter picks in hand ready to pick any rubbish up we find along the way. Once had made it to Tudor Grange park we did a quick litter pick all the way up to the lovely hill ready to do some hill sprints.
Hill sprints involve hard running up the hill, turning around at the top and jogging back down to the start just to turn around again to go hard back up the hill again! The guys did great with two sets of four minute hill session.
Once this was finished and all breath were back, we headed straight back to our start location for a quick stretch and a well deserved drink!
We will be back again next week, hope to see you there.
