Here's what Mr P of W7 had to say about the mission:

Thank you kindly for the support provided, it is so appreciated

Mr P of W7, mission beneficiary

Sevan and Steph ran roughly 6km from a morning community mission with a quick lunch break before reaching Mr P's home : we could definitely see which house it was as we were there for the front garden. High grass, loads of high weed and nettles. The weed on the side was so high it created a fence with the neighbor as no wall. We were given a strimmer, a flymo, a small secateur and some string for the strimmer. Challenges for both of the runners as Steph had to roll the string and fix it to the strimmer. We had to think how we could get around to complete this task with poor tools. Sevan had a challenge as high grass and ditches in between the slates. Sevan's flymo worked better going backwards and Steph's strimmer string was not great and broke regularly so ended cutting the wall of weed with the secateur. : no strings attached. 90 minutes and the team filled 4 bags of weed, nettles and grass.
