It Was The Greatest Show - Man!
6 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Sheffield.
- Wednesday, 10th of April 2019

Five Good-Gymers put on their dancing shoes & best moves to help out Dana at her school's Big Show.
On arrival we assisted some of the children checking tickets, running the sweet shop and selling raffle tickets - raising money for the school trip to South Africa in 2020.
Then it was on with the show - and what a show it was. Truly humbling to see so many youngsters with such talent.
We had some seriously good - and cool - dancers covering Beyonce, Chaka Khan and, us oldies' favourite, the Spice Girls. Some great acting from a group of boys reminding us (as if we needed reminding) of the perils of a night out after one too many beers. Some fabulous musicians playing sax and piano. Some amazing gymnasts bouncing around to to the Bond and Mission Impossible theme tunes. A jaw droppingly good trampolinist - one of the best in the country. And last, but by no means least, Dana and her fellow teachers, synchronised swimming to the Chariots of Fire theme tune - brilliant!
