It takes some conditioning to do good missioning

Working on your physical conditioning certainly makes you more efficient in performing your missions. Building up more strength and endurance means more load you can carry over longer distances and more people you can help in one day. But nothing beats mental conditioning that makes you more dedicated to completing the task ahead of you. And sometimes it takes a bottle of fabric conditioner to improve this kind of conditioning.
Today on Ms N's list I found Lenor's lavender fabric conditioner. Sadly, I haven't found it in any of the shops! Some of the stores I had to visit twice to make the right decision about my options. In one place, the shopkeeper tried very hard to convince me that a lavender-scented detergent for £7.99, which Ms N certainly did not need, is better than the £3.99 fabric conditioner. "If you want a liquid, this is the best", he kept saying, pointing at the most expensive option, totally ignoring what I was after. I would have none of that! Eventually, I went back to Co-Op and bought the discounted Gold Orchid Lenor fabric conditioner for £2.0. Ms N was happy that I stuck with the brand and didn't spend her money on some dodgy washing liquid.
I was also a nuisance in the Indian grocery store about missing 3p of change and insisting on getting a receipt. I don't think I would ever be as assertive for my own cause but - when on a mission - I switch to a mission mode. That's the conditioning I am talking about.
