It's raining sacks and dogs

The TV Special
Like an episode of The Apprentice, we started the evening off around the boardroom table to talk about this week's task. We were off to the Friends of Cathja's charity shop on Brentford high street, 3.3km away.
Before we set off we discussed a bit about having a Goodgym Coach and the Goodgym January Deeds Challenge. The January challenge is between all the areas of goodgym. Each area has it’s own distance and good deed target to beat, plus the competition against other areas too.
Along came Eleanor
We started off with some warm-ups outside and then set off towards the shop, battling the wind of Storm Eleanor.
Both there and back the runners at the front of the pack stopped every 5mins or so to complete some fitness exercises whilst the rest of the group caught up. Once we got to the shop, Rin and her team welcomed us and got the gang straight to work clearing the path ways between donations in their warehouse at the back of the shop.
Some of the group were tasked with relocating boxes and items to different areas of the warehouse. Another four bagging up clothes bags into enormous laundry bags so they could be better stacked and wouldn’t roll into the walkways like an avalanche.
It was soon time to down tools and grab a group picture amongst the donations.
Aerodynamic hands
On our return run we did a couple more fitness exercises. Then in the last bit we focused on some running form - keeping our hands straight (not in a fist).
Thanks to Natasha for the run's pun!
