It’s a wash out!!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.
- Saturday, 30th of January 2021
Mr R is housebound and his home was flooded from above, damaging his linens with dirty water.
After my previous mission, I gave Mr R a call to ask if I needed to go to his first to pick up the trolley for the laundry pick up and he asked me to pick up the ticket/receipt. He asked me to bring this back if I could as he was looking to claim insurance for the damage.
Having done this, I headed to the launderette only to find that I had waited in the queue for 5mins at the wrong one! The correct one was on the opposite side of the road.
Having picked up the trolley and a brisk walk down the hill I was quickly at Mr R’s for the drop off. He was really grateful for the help!
With all missions complete for the day I was on my way home for some much deserved rest and relaxation.
