It's a setup!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Islington.

This morning was perfect weather for helping Notting Hill Genesis with their Friendliness Fete today.
I was greeted on arrival by Marian, who told us about the amazing GoodGymmer who turned up yesterday to help with another part of the setup. She was very impressed with his work, saying that he "ran up, put up a gazebo and ran off again!" That sounds like a GoodGymmer in action!
Today's work was much more sedate: I spent a pleasant hour or so helping to setup, including folding napkins and placing them into glasses, setting tables, sellotaping down a table cover (not my forte - see pictures 😅) and sorting books into some semblance of order (very much my forte 😎).
Before I knew it, it was time to head off and grab food before my next community task... 😄 The Friendliness fair is between 12 and 4 today, so pop down if you want to enter a tombola, peruse a jumble sale, or see some expertly sorted literary matter 👍
